Bourbon Orange Glazed Salmon                                                                   
     Broiled Bourbon-marinated salmon filet brushed with a touch
     of honey. Served with sweet potato French fries and vegetable.
Steak Sandwich
     8 oz. Rib Eye or Prime Rib
     Friday & Saturday only
    Served with choice of French fries, sweet potato French fries, homemade
          potato chips, cottage cheese, cup of soup, or side salad
Shrimp Grand Marnier                                                                                     
     Five jumbo prawns sautéed with garlic, mandarin oranges, 
     peppers, scallions, citrus zest, butter, and Grand Marnier nestled 
     in a bed of angel hair pasta.
Sesame Ginger Chicken                                                                                  
     Tender boneless breast of chicken marinated with fresh ginger and
     soy sauce, lightly coated with sesame seeds, and pan seared and 
     baked. Served over oriental fried noodles with vegetable of the day.
Baked Halibut                                                                                                  
     Our traditional recipe!  Boneless filet coated with our unique 
     breading and baked to perfection.  Served with vegetable of the day.
Duck Breast with Black Fig and Currant Sauce                                           
     A boneless skinless duck breast, breaded with herbs and panko,
     sautéed and finished with a black fig and currant reduction. Served 
     over wild rice.
Seafood En Croute                                                                                           
     Succulent lobster and shrimp sautéed with garlic and scallions, 
     topped with a smoked gouda sauce with roasted red peppers 
     then wrapped in French pastry and baked.
Elk Sirloin Medallions with Cabernet and Wild Mushroom Sauce            
     Tender elk sirloin is sliced and sautéed with forest mushrooms
     and served over wild rice with vegetable of the day.

Our chef will gladly split any entrée for an extra plate charge.
