The Golf Shop staff is responsible for handling tee times. Members may reserve tee times seven (7) days in advance. Non-members may reserve tee times three (3) days in advance, except for weekend play. (See Non-Member Play). The golf shop reserves the right to make pairings when necessary to facilitate speed of play.
Or use our on-line tee scheduling.
Check-In Before Play
Each member is responsible for checking in before play as well as checking in any guests. This includes signing the register in the golf shop and listing the name and hometown of all guests accompanying them on the course.
Non-member golfers at GMCC are classified as: (1) Resident Non-Members and (2) Non-Resident Non-Members.
Resident non-members, those living within Lewis and Clark, Broadwater, or Jefferson counties, are welcome to play at GMCC for the posted guest fee when accompanied by a GMCC member. Resident non-members are limited to one of the following combinations: 4 non-tournament rounds or single day events per season OR 2 multi-day events per season OR 1 multi day event and 2 non-tournament rounds or single day events per season. The golf shop is responsible for tracking resident non-member rounds.
Non-resident non-members, those living outside of the aforementioned counties, are welcome to reserve tee times and play unaccompanied and unlimited rounds at the posted walk on fee. Tee times for weekdays may be made 3 days in advance; weekends on the day of play only. Non-resident non-members may not play on Men’s or Women’s league days unless accompanied by a GMCC member.
Starting from #10
Permission must be obtained from the Golf Shop to start a round on #10. If permission is granted, it is the golfer’s responsibility to determine holes 9 & 10 are completely clear – or that players on #9 do not intend to continue. No one may tee off #10 on Saturday or Sunday after 12:00 pm. If you stop for lunch or any other delay within your control, you lose your place on #10 tee and must wait until there is an opening such as described above.
Slow play is not tolerated at GMCC. Signs are posted throughout the golf course indicating a reasonable time frame for a round of golf. Always be aware of your position on the course. It is the player’s responsibility to keep a proper pace of play. Inability to do so may result in removal from the course.
Groups of Five (5)
“Fivesomes” are allowed only with permission from the Golf Shop. As a rule, three (3) power carts must be used. Special exceptions may be made during non-peak play at the discretion of the Golf Shop Staff.
Groups of four (4) are preferred before 1:00 pm on weekends. The Golf Shop reserves the right to make pairings during peak periods.
Playing on frost covered turf causes damage. The Superintendent will notify the Golf Shop when play is allowed
